Oh, FFS. The big tech companies still are doing this shit. This stuff wouldn’t be nearly as harmful as it is if the platforms weren’t actively pushing it on users. Our democracy is doomed unless the tech companies get their shit together.

If it makes them money, they’ll keep recommending it and promoting it right up until fascists line them up against a wall and shoot them for being “elites”. What’s the eventual fall of democracy and the end of their lives compared to a few extra dollars today?
