Yeah that sentiment is what many people here also feel the need to ventilate. Should we reinstate the death penalty then? Imho the attacker is just a part of such tragedies (no clear reliable info about his motives yet, but he seemed to have had many treatments for psychological issues) and I rather would have that day end without any casualty at all instead of celebrating his death.
