There weren’t any spaceships in Bioshock… and the briefest of research reveals that Jeff was only involved in the Remastered edition of the game. Additionaly, I suspect the other game being referenced is “Sunset Overdrive” rather than “Sunset Eve”, which again doesn’t feature a spaceship. Jeff’s own resume points out he did UI work and concept art for the game. So as far as I can tell none of the games he worked on feature his spaceship designs.
This post is just a little misleading.
