I don’t see the grounds, may not have a written judgment (yet?)

Here it is. Afraid I don’t know enough about UK admin law or extradition law in general to bother trying to read it for y’all. I have heard that the substance of HMGov arguments were accepted but the inhumanity of the US prison system was an issue.
