Very cute! I recently came across this demo of fox resourcefulness and aplomb:

Definitely cute. In late June 6 years ago I spotted 2 red fox kits just sleeping in the grass of a neighbor’s front yard as I drove past.

Foxlings are pretty much puppycats; which is just so cute it’s cheating.

Vixen - a fine, old word itself - ought to be used with greater frequency.

And we wonder how dogs got domesticated…

(pretty sure it was grandma with cookies for foxes)

A fox is what you get when the evolution tries to make a cat but only has a dog to work with.

A hyena is what you get in the opposite situation, ie. a dog built from a cat.

I can’t remember where I heard it, but someone described foxes as what you get when you try running cat software on dog hardware.

Okay, if nobody else steps up, I’m gonna be that guy:
The Firefox logo is a Red Panda.
Which are totally cute even when grown up.

Shortly after I moved into my house a few years back, a family of foxes moved into our barn. I spent countless hours just watching the four kits playing in the yard. Every once in a while, I’ll see a fox sleeping in our back yard on a sunny day. They’re great, even if they stink. They also keep the mouse population in check, so I’m all in favor of their co-residence.
