Not sure I want to visit Boing Boing any more, I feel I’m being batmouthed here.
Photos like that suggest where Dougal Dixon got the idea for the Night Stalker from (far-future evolved giant flightless bat as apex predator).
Some of those bats actually seem pretty laid back about the whole getting grabbed by a giant monkey thing.
