Never seen the show, but considering it is billed as an adult entertainment series, rated TV-MA, means sex is one of those things one can expect to encounter. And I assume the subject of sex has already been explored previously. Therefore, it is rather silly to draw some arbitrary line.
Besides, we all know that Batman would be some sort of hard core masochistic. Shit, Catwoman already has a whip. Sure sure, he could probably escape the bindings if he wanted, but he doesn’t want to. He’s been a bad bat and deserves everything coming to him.
