Via CTV news, Bernie Goetz, 65, the 1984 New York Subway vigilante, was charged with misdemeanour sale and possession of marijuana after an undercover sting operation in Union Square park. Goetz was not specifically targeted by the operation. He allegedly sold $30 of pot to an undercover officer after asking the female officer if she wanted to get high.
