This chump never had USD$74-million. He had the difference between whatever amount in USD he supposedly paid for this Luna coin (probably at lot less) and whatever amount he’ll have if he can sell it to be an even bigger chump (a real feat at this point).
For people who spend so much time touting cryptocurrencies, whenever they talk about value the only thing they obsess about is the state-issued fiat currencies for which they otherwise show contempt.
