Pocket multitools are like that. 12 “tools”, one of which is a “toothpick”, and the other is the “lanyard hole”.
The latter isn’t even a thing, it’s the opposite of a thing. Literally “no”“thing”.
This bugs me more then it probably should.

Nothing really weird about the commercial; that magician was standard fare for normal commercials.
That being said, I totally remember this advert and thinking it was so cool at 10 years old. That’s right- I thought kitchen storage was cool. If that wasn’t an indicator of things to come… but I digress!
