It’s Oregon police who arrested the harassers, who are from SW Washington. So, not sure what your point is. It’s been most of a century since that “White man’s paradise” thing, and now most of Oregon’s better than most places in the country.
There’s much improvement yet to be made, but it’s shitty to just throw aspersions at a whole state (as we’ve gone over here, again and again), especially one with about 100,000 African Americans.
