Reminds me of the dice scene from Guys and Dolls:
Sky Masterson: “But Big Julie, there are no spots upon these dice!”
Big Julie: “I had the spots removed, for luck. But that is OK, as I remember where they used to be!”

Or for making tiny notebooks, which I occasionally do and leave lying around for people to find. This was made with a joker:
