Huh, the comic is apparently named “Tayu-Tayu.” That sounds like it could be onomatopoeia (Japanese onomatopoeia seem to consistently fall into a two-syllables, repeated format), which would explain the “boing boing,” if it’s the English equivalent.
It’s terrible that your workplace is so restrictive, and I’m sorry you’re subject to your employer’s busybody authority.
But asking a website to censor themselves because of your employer is effectively extending your employer’s authority to everyone else who reads the site. It’s bad enough that you have to deal with a Victorian boss, and you have my sympathies - but please don’t involve the rest of us!
