AP reported that the lawsuit was filed in June and the Twitter account was opened around that time, but they’re more cautious with attributing it to Kimura.
The account does not carry his name, but identifies itself as representing the plaintiff in a lawsuit that matches the one filed by Kimura.
Still, I wonder if that means Kimura would have chosen to use Twitter to campaign. Could be another account out there if impulsive enough to open one before learning the requirements.
Having to dust off/adapt/invent the words to describe what’s happening would go a long way towards explaining why it took so long to appear.
