Why do I get the feeling that I am off the scale on the economic values graphic?
Let them eat sovereignty:
Me and you both. It would probably need a Z axis at the very least.
As UK breaks away from Europe, Facebook tells Brits: You’ll all be Californians soon
As Brits wake up to Brexit next month, most will no longer find themselves stuck on an island in the Atlantic but ensconced in sunny California, courtesy of Facebook.
The social media giant has decided that, legally speaking, it makes much more sense for UK residents to stop officially residing in Europe and will pile all British Facebook souls onto a boat and ship ‘em to the Golden State, as it has with others in the world.

I foresee massive sales of sunblock, shades, and mountain bikes. But they’ll let the beer go warm.
Boy, that’s a fucking depressing social values scale…
I think the most accurate way we have of finding out how people really feel on social and economic issues is to ask them to vote on it. The outcome is frightening and very much ar odds with their stated preference in internet quizzes.
Sorry to two in a row but carmafuggengedden is here. Or the truck variant anyway.
My thoughts are with the poor truck drivers this Christmas and in the coming year(s).
The Ineos factory in Bridgend was only going to be an assembly site. The manufacturing was going to be done in Portugal.
Key parts for the Ineos vehicle - including the body and chassis - will be built at a second factory in Portugal before being brought to Bridgend for assembly.
Obviously, final assembly for EU markets could have been done in Portugal if necessary to avoid import tariffs. Now with no UK assembly plant Ineos are gambling on a post-Brexit trade deal to avoid UK import taxes being slapped on their proudly British but really made in France 4x4s.
“The car to go with your new blue passport!”
some of whom we treated badly […] who will be more than happy to supply us
They really don’t see it, do they?
I sometimes wonder if I was born in a different country and was adopted by Britain.
Re: growing
I am willing to bet money that most of these “Uncle Alberts” will complain bitterly if they are ordered by the government to pull up their lawns, so they can be replaced with vegetable gardens. I expect some particularly sociopathic individuals would even go as far as to concrete over their gardens “to own the liberals”.
