He looks like my other late cat, Moo. Same black & white, same tufty fur, but with a stubby tail that looked like a powder puff.
He was also just as weird, the fat little buttmunch.

Maybe. Kitties sometimes do get feisty with the 'nip but I’ve seen teatotaller cats do stuff like that.

Our cat used to always sit a few inches away and then reach out and drag the bowl over to him, but the derp ended there.
