Oddly enough, I’ve been fixated lately on Morricone Youth’s soundtrack to The Adventure of Prince Achmed.

That’s a shame, I threw out some pencil tests just the other week. Mind you they were on a defunct video format (an old security video machine that was re-purposed).

Still there are some here

This looks so much like something I saw as a child that I’ve been searching for for years. My babysitter brought me to his college since he didn’t want to miss the show. Dreamy animation, mostly abstract, projected on a giant circle on the ceiling. We all lay on our backs and spaced out. The quality and color pallet was exactly like this. Going down a rabbit hole now to see if this finally breaks the case.
