I am a beer snob… And PBR is a remarkably balanced if unexciting beer. Bud light is soooo sweet. And the original budvar (which I had in the appropriate place) is too subtle for my palate.

Disagree. : ) There was excellent music worth listening to, and writing, art, and business as well, that all came out of that period and that mindset. And changing of American culture, too, in ways that are perhaps easy to miss in retrospect.
