That’s what I thought. You can see the guy’s weight shifting a little.
I’m inclined to put that down to being a reflection of the guy’s jeans in the tabletop, made stronger by whatever sharpening algorithms the video firmware puts into the image. The curvature of the lens makes it look a little off but it more-or-less lines up with his hip.
It’s an oscilator. Eventually it will stop.
