It’s a shame they didn’t side with TekSavvy.
When I was living in Canada they were my ISP and it was awesome. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers, both when it came to customer service, but also when it came to protecting my rights and privacy online.
Now I’m living stateside and the only broadband option is Comcast. 
They would never go to court in an effort to avoid disclosing my private information.
