I really hope at least one of these was carved from a bigger spoon.

Even wilder would be seeing him actually using those; most of them seem to be quite a mouthful
I like that last one a lot. I could see serving an amuse on that. Maybe a single scallop or a tiny salad of fines herbes.
Carving a spoon a day is an amazing idea and if we are to judge it as an art project we should credit the source of the idea. It was first done 2 years ago in the UK by Keith Matthews and since then there have been an increasing number of spooncarvers around the world taking inspiration from Keith’s idea. Most of them credit the original source.
