Looks like a Zenoah/Komatsu chainsaw with a specialized carving bar and chain. The fact that the bar’s nose gear still works is pretty impressive given how burned it is!
I’ve noticed that the more skill one has with the chainsaw, the less chainsaw one seems to need.
