Hey guys! It almost seems like Kadyrov will use this to arbitrarily ban stuff he and daddy P doesn’t like!
Well, ya know, it’s all relative. One man’s 1/4 note is another man’s duplet. 
BPM as such has no meaning without defining what at “beat” actually is in the first place.
Is this for when we test the law with splittercore and extratone?
