Nintendo is pretty notorious for how aggressively they protect their IP and the “family-friendliness” of their brand . . . short-term pop-up or not, I’d be surprised if there weren’t some C&D letters already en route.

Durable enough to last a couple weeks,anyway. Popups are temporary by design.

What exactly is a pop-up bar? Because I do not believe the District has pop-up liquor licensing.
