DHS can’t wait. Note that they want not only mandatory entry facial scans for citizens (bad enough), but also exit scans. When a country wants to control the ability of its citizens to leave, it’s setting itself on a bad path.

Also, when institutions do shit just because computers allow it, and/or make it easy to do, they set themselves on a bad path.
