Everything that was on her back was thrown there by the crane operator. The strategy was most likely given to her - unless her cleverness was in persuading the operator to be her accomplice.

actually, she designed and constructed both the mall and the game. hired the crane operator, and got various companies to donate prizes gratis
which is good. it’s really the only thing that would have persuaded me as to her cleverness.
