You forgot to add “, dumbf*cks” in there. If there’s a textbook example of how a voting share structure that puts all the power in the hands of one founder, it’s a misanthrope like Zuckerberg.
Good to see another early stakeholder in FB suggesting anti-trust laws be applied. Roger MacNamee has been making similar calls for change.
