Lol! I wonder if he recently watched “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” or something.
I would say he is using the phrase more in reference to(but necessarily referring to) The General from Undercover Brother, or more recently, the body snatching from Get Out. It’s kind of a stereotypical black fear/conspiracy theory.
