It’s difficult to remember when you see it move that it’s not glowing plastic, it’s steel, and doesn’t weigh any less than the cold stuff.

I know it’s very dangerous and a pain in the arse to clean up, but it is just so damn beautiful to watch.
Working in a steel mill was what convinced my father to go to college. While his later career was electromechanical design, his degree was, appropriately enough, in metallurgy.
