Company that makes shitty printers that don't work 2/3 of the time did study that shown the struggles gen Z have with tech at work

If you’re really worried about this problem HP, how about making printers that actually work for everyone?

It takes a special sort of person to turn up the fact that gen z apparently does an average of 8 hours of boomer tech support per week and still make the moral of the story one of their psychological brittleness.

And I say that as someone who fills with reflexive contempt every time I hear the phrase ‘digital native’.

Right?

Maybe younger workers are feeling judged because they are the ones expected to understand and fix tech issues by their older, less technologically competent bosses. That’s not “tech shame,” that’s pressure from increased expectations.

There’s no such thing as systemic problems; only individual maladjustment that can be cured by whatever ‘wellness’ app HR got the best deal on.

There are so many lawsuits re HP printers that now…

If you want to know if your HP Printer falls into the HP Printer Class Action Lawsuit, then you can check with your local district judge.

On the “Cat” side, though, you could add:
Purrs
Elegant addition to the household
(Just for two)

On the printer side:
Demands to be fed when feeder is still full-ish
Does not purr

To the HP thing, we just went through this. Not too bad, but it took 2 hours to get printing capability back after someone (ahem, Mr.Linkey) accidentally downloaded a new driver that made it so we couldn’t print anymore since we’ve been using non-proprietary toner cartridges. So annoying.
