Seems like it & the Texas Lege are taking turns trying to outdo each other, what with both Governors having nakedly obvious POTUS aspirations.
Since New Mexico just legalized cannabis use, one can only hope that the Texas Lege will take note, and act similarly.

They will set up roadblocks & DSDs on all roads on the border.
Gotta keep those Private Prisons full, after all.
