Nominating:

To summarize, mere weeks before a national holiday meant to celebrate family and gratitude, an emblematic symbol of that holiday (and once listed as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things) was blown to kingdom come. But the owners vow to rise from the ashes!
Sounds pretty spot on for 2020.
