As the Covid situation in Estonia keeps on getting worse, the Estonian Medical Association is now demanding the governement to limit the number of hospital beds for Covid cases, to ensure other care can still be delivered.
I believe I speak for all of us, when I say this is Not Good.
Speaking as a medical provider, hell no, this is not good. There is enough PTSD to go around already without putting us in the position of essentially executioners. Nonononono, and hell no.
Cases are sharply increasing across Europe
Mandate is expanding. Good news.
Sounds like theyâre worried about protecting their so-called âeven deeper state.â
More cop math. Itâll end up being 27 people.
WASHINGTON (AP) â Thousands of intelligence officers could soon face dismissal for failing to comply with the U.S. governmentâs vaccine mandate
Just when you thought the âintelligenceâ officer jokes couldnât get any olderâŚ
The irony of Mandy Patinkin in that role and in Homeland also not lostâŚ
Intelligence officers who canât tell whether getting the vaccine is a good idea or not? Donât need them.
Sigh. What we donât need is a guy who is widely recognized, regarded as pretty smart (like hosting Jeopardy smart) and also a sports hero to be promoting homeopathic âvaccinationsâ as covid prevention. On the other hand, smart people tend to be pretty vulnerable to Dunning-Kruger effects, so not terribly surprising. Canât wait for the first time a parent asks me about this oneâŚ
Should you wonder about the validity of homeopathy, just consider this:
Controversial naturopath gives up licence, says work ânot going to changeâ | CBC News
A Victoria naturopath who drew public attention for treating a child with a homeopathic solution made from rabid dog saliva, has surrendered her licence but says she will continue to act as an unregulated homeopath.
Yup, diluted saliva from a rabid dog to treat ADHD in a child. What could possibly go wrong?
Homeopathy is one of those words that makes my eye twitch every time I encounter it. Such a ridiculously and maliciously stupid idea that should have been dead the first time someone considered Avagadroâs number. Anyone who doesnât immediately take a shit on any homeopathic remedy is completely unqualified to provide any medical advice.
I needed to get some eye drops a while back. Most of the eye drops on the rack at Walgreens were homeopathic remedies, and it wasnât immediately obvious. I just happened to notice the â10x dilutionâ on one which got my attention.
Bloody criminal.
Yeah, it really pisses me off that Consumer Healthcare Companies, who know with absolute certainty that homeopathy is 100% bullshit, embrace the lax regulation for âsupplementsâ that do not contain actual APIs (pharma acronym, not the software one) to cash in on this obvious fraud. Fucking vampires.
Ask him if heâll accept homeopathic money for his paycheck.
We took your paycheck and diluted it 10X. We gave the rest to the victims of your disinformation
