Isn’t this a case of “Putting your crime on Social Media”? I assume that stealing from scammers is still some sort of Wire Fraud?

That was quite amusing. Pretty sure the Bank Accounts that they gave him were real accounts but they were “MULE” accounts. They belong to someone else and they are paid a cut of whatever funds pass through them. When the bank catches on, the real account holder ends up being responsible for everything.

This is shaping up to be the decade where AI becomes part of our lives like microchips have. It already feels like I’m learning to be a script reader to engage with this scripted world.

Also they didn’t steal anything - except information. Then used that information to have the mule account blacklisted.
