Eh, maybe they will have to tack that on later, but IIRC attempted murder requires that they prove that the perpetrator’s intent was to murder. Which would be way more difficult than the clear assault seen on video.
And no, they don’t typically shoot out of moving vehicles (they do in Brazil, though!) Though the arrest itself might have ended worse if they weren’t white.
