Sky Dancers are already a trademarked toy. They were recalled after 6 years on the market because of all the injuries they caused. Does that open up their name for other uses?

Mel, the creator of the menorah, had first called it an Air Dancer but I know from experience that that’s trademarked and they will ask you to take it down. So I advised him to come up with something similar. He suggested “crazy sky dancer.” So…there ya have it.
