Uh, no. The baby was already asleep, I think, and was accidentally knocked over.

And seemed to awaken with that instinctive grab for the ceiling that elephants have.

It’s like cowtipping… only, the EXTREME version!

The baby’s eyes don’t appear to be closed, and it looks more like the larger elephant nudged the baby a bit and baby lost balance.

The immediate concern by the others was very cool to see.
