This just reminded me of an EFF blog post I read yesterday…
If these Cyveillance people are ignoring robots.txt and spoofing their User-Agent, maybe TorrentFreak could have them prosecuted for violating the CFAA?
The irony would be delicious, though I guess you would first have to convince the government to bring a CFAA case against them…
