That said, he’s still Alex Jonesing the trial with this. Any attempt to get the jusge to recuse themselves or get booted from the case will fall on deaf ears. You don’t get to reset the trial parameters due to bias created by your own behavior.

Why not both? They are both trying to intimidate the judge, so both should be held accountable.
One difference here is that the charges are at junior’s company. He is directly affected by false records and tax fraud, so he should be held to a much higher standard.
