Unfortunately my stuff in Brooklyn got put over until next month. Won’t be sticking around for lunch. My office is in lower manhattan. Got all dressed up for nothing.

In the late 1980s, Stevo Pearce (of Some Bizarre fame) claimed to be setting up a travel company called “Holidays for Maniacs” which would organise trips to warzones, flights over active volcanoes, etc. No idea if it actually happened or not.

True as far as it goes, although he’s still very lucky not to be queer or a woman now that the Taliban have him. Whatever happens to him would be ten times worse.
