A shopping centre in my city uses registration plates to charge for parking and I wonder what would happen if I obscured a plate going in to the parking area. Would it try to charge me on the way out? I don’t need plates to drive on private property so maybe I should just cover them up for a few seconds.
As I understand it, yes. You get scanned going in and out. If you’re not on the list as having paid when you go out, you go on the naughty list.
You could of course cover your reg. plates going in and out and feel epic about having saved on parking.
Or you could just rob a bank and pay for the parking with the proceeds.
Did they find a note?

I wouldn’t say I’ve been missing it, Bob.
