Sorry dudes, you can’t just use “death metal” to refer to anything heavier than Metallica. It’s a specific genre. If that’s Darkest Era then they’re pretty much just “heavy metal”. Clean vocals and a distinct Sabbath-y tone.

I was all pumped to hear some sharks tearing shit up to Aborted or Vader and now I’m disappointed.
