Headphones/earmuffs made from actual cabbage patch heads, but split straight down the nose so you have half the face on each side of yours.

As someone who was a teen when Cabbage Patch Kids were a craze, this is the sort of thing grandma would get her granddaughter for Christmas. And if they were like my sister, the recipient would be disappointed and never use them.
