The first time I saw a combination KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut was in Virginia about seven years ago. I ordered food and coffee, but they didn’t offer coffee. Three restaurants and no coffeemaker. I asked where could I get coffee, and they pointed across the street. What a country, where you can get tacos and pizza at a chicken shack, but you have to go to a gas station to get coffee.
