Yeah, that’s it. I don’t know if a judge is ‘court staff’ or not. I get the impression that it’s the judges court and the staff are bailiffs, stenographers, guards and such.

The order could be preemptive against further statements directed at witnesses and counsel.

The order specifically excluded the D.A. so maybe there’s a legal reason for the D.A. and judge to be available for the bullshit.

I don’t know, I just have this insistent thought in the back of my mind that judges are not staff.

It’s not up for 3rd party interpretation, so there’s no need to pick at the language in the order. The only person who matters is the person who wrote it, in response to his own daughter being threatened by a stochastic terrorist.

I think there’s an ointment for that…
