Some of these are juvenile jokes and a few were offensive, but most seemed to be just things that would be confusing to record.
The one I’m most confused about (of the ones I read) was
TELNET
It is inoffensive and easy to read. Why was this poor nerd denied a personalized plate?

I hope this one was going to be put on an electric type car.
They didn’t think this one was offensive, but they knew that the applicant was up to something vaguely disreputable.
Telnet is insecure. They should use SSH instead.
