Could it all be related to a new seasonal ‘super pollen’ that is insidiously making all of us just slightly less comfortable? (Why does it still itch!!! The inside of my ear itches… The inside of my gorram ear itches!?)

Make a cauliflower butter soup (with veal stock), and gently spoon it on top? Will anyone know what hit them?
Okay this is truly outrageous,freeze it into tiny cubes and serve in gin and tonics?
This may be a tad too ethnic, but grilled sweetbreads and Parmesan topped with the sauce on a sandwich?
Is that consumable?
Sweetbreads or sweetmeats?
I used 3-4 cups of yogurt plus a large English cucumber; it’s a bit soupy - the cucumber could have been “drained” better?
