You think? Isn’t gin juniper, angelica, rosemary, and in the case of Hendricks cucumber? And tonic is citric acid, quinine, and sugar? Isn’t the sauce cucumber, soured milk (lactic acid), and lactose?

Yoghurt cocktails? Are we too snobby for kumis now?

Should we even stoop to calling them cocktails if they aren’t whisk(e)y, bitters, water and sugar?

Perhaps the aging process can be jump-started a bit by increasing the surface area of the barrel by using chips? And that you might do this under negative pressure to encourage penetration?

So, you haven’t lived somewhere where home-distilling is legit? Did I tell you I had a 50l modded and custom-packed reflux still pulling a wash out at ~94%?

(Removing enough water to increase your abv by 0.25% is against the letter of the law. I have my TTB legal warning letter, I wonder where there’s is. It is probably their agents or office, or they simply have a license and bonded area).
