So I am trying to come up with a varient of a Philly cheese steak for a restaurant, but I know I will be slammed if I call it that–what should I call my new sandwich?
(Hawaiian sweet roll, melt in your mouth brisket, american cheese food, grilled onions, and rice vinegar pickle relish)
Perhaps changing my perception of what is difficult to stomach and therefore providing me with an inaccurate baseline for snark/bile projection? Euch. ?
