Donât you hate when youâre looking at the National Archives and you come across a set of documents that look super cool, but they are listed as ârestricted - fully - Specific Access restriction: FOIA (b)(1) National Security, Secretâ? Why exactly are âUS Groups on Foreign Tour 1966â secret? Donât I NEED to know this information?

Didnât I formerly have Secret clearance? In the UK, at any rate, and isnât it no big shakes? Isnât the good stuff Top Secret and up?

Wouldnât gifs be too easy? Havenât I now found a similar document thatâs unrestricted? Or at least I think it might be similar, with no year but about US Groups on Foreign Tours? Why is it all so confusing?
